TIFS – The fact is in some situations with true blight, TIF’s are a great tool. But these tool is being abused, no longer is used for blight but to attract developers to build in undeveloped acreage at little or no risk to the developer.

Police – Is has been a long policy to find special citizens and pay for the training thru the police academy. But to spend money on this type of investment and freeze their salaries for 3 years, is a bad business, financially and ethically.

Transparency – City council meetings are nothing more than a legal nuisance. It is obvious all decisions have been made before the gavel has been struck. Real debates need to occur and citizens need to have say in those debates.

Televise Special Sessions - it is becoming an all too often habit of any unpopular issues to be decided in special sessions. These means there is ZERO chance for public input and there is no tape or video recording for citizens to be informed of what is going on.
